Quad Stretch
The quadricep
stretch is a great way to loosen up those tight front leg muscles
(quadriceps) and because it's a standing stretch, you can do it
pretty much anywhere. Because the quadriceps are involved in keeping
you upright and maintaining balance, it's important to keep them
flexible.

NOTE |
I recommend
this stretch right before you get out on the mountain and 2-3
times during the course of the day. Like all stretches this
one should be used pre-season to help first time riders. |
