Flexibility
Training
Flexibility
is the amount or range of motion that a body joint can go through.
It is controlled by the muscles, tendons and ligaments. I feel that
you only need as much flexibility as your sport requires, but it
also has to be specific to the sport. For this reason I have included
some stretches that focus on muscles used for riding: rotators of
the hip, torso, low back extenders and flexors, and shoulder stabilizers.
These are all great stretches and done on a regular basis should
help with your overall performance.
